Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are teaming up again.
The actresses are co-starring in a new TV show that will be shopped to networks in the coming weeks.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series is about TV morning shows and will be set in New York City.
Little else is known at this time, but the project is being led by Michael Ellenberg, HBO’s former head of drama, and his production company.
THR reports that House of Cards’s Jay Carson will write the script, and Steve Kloves, Jennifer and Reese have signed on as executive producers.
The show is expected to fetch lots of bids thanks to its two leading ladies, and will be shopped to networks such as HBO and Netflix.
Reese famously appeared in two episodes of Friends as Jill, the younger sister of Jennifer’s character Rachel.
It has been 17 years since the guest starring appearance, but the A-list actresses have remained close friends.
